Everything was perfect , very good location , value for money , all the staff are very friendly and always smiling, for me it was best hotel in Milano since we are Arabic family and they have water flush in the toilet 😁 that was something very special for us so I can recommend the hotel to any Arabic tourists will come to Milano soon , the neighborhood was very nice too , the street was full of life and super active with a lot of coffee shops and restaurants nearby the hotel , carrefour is very next door to the hotel and turro metro station is 2 min away also , in total it was really very nice experience

Location was perfect regarding what I was coming to do. The hotel is "fun" and the people really nice and helping. It was a very pleasant stay

The cleanliness was exceptional; the cleaning crew deserves a compliment, because they really took cleaning the room to heart. Although the hotel was somewhat further from the city center, it was surrounded by local restaurants and we got free bikes from the hotel, which made it a breeze to visit Milan. In addition, the metro and a big supermarket were nearby, making our stay easy. The breakfast team was also incredibly friendly and the spread was very good. The bathroom was clearly renovated and the shower was a standout experience. Very good & silent airconditioning.

the hotel is approx. 100 meters from a metro station, what makes the location really convenient. what's more, there is a supermarket just round the corner. the staff is professional and very helpful. there are extra facilities in the room and in the hotel lobby + a restaurant. we liked the breakfast very much and were surprised with so many options available (you could even make a fresh fruit/vegetable juice!).

Everything was excellent, from before the date of our stay until checkout. The hotel even allowed us to store our luggages 2 days prior since we need to travel to Paris first. The welcome drinks, the hotel's condition, room's condition, employees friendliness & hospitality are all excellent! Most importantly the location is very near to Metro station (Turro) & next to a 24-hours Carrefour are the best advantage. Totally value for money.

Very good location - near Metro station, next door to a 24/7 supermarket, few nice restaurants nearby. The room was very nice and clean. Great value for money. Nice bar in the lobby. Will definitely come back, hopefully the hiccups (see below) will be gone then.

The hotel is very close to Turro metro station, linea rossa, and has a 24/7 Carrefour nearby. Nice and clean rooms, comfy bed, smart TV, fridge, coffee/tea facilities. Very good breakfast

Staff very friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable with good amount of space. Although a bit out from city centre, metro was just a few minute walk away which takes you into central within 15-20 minutes.

The room was great, quite big, especially since it was for 3 persons. The bathroom was well equipped with everything one might need. The amenities provided by the hotel (water, tea, coffee) were a nice gesture. Great breakfast. Nice, welcoming and helpful staff.
